Yesterday was the first day of spring and the weather was unbelievable. Today more believable, rainy and rather gray. I got my crock pot out and cooked a chicken, took the meat off the bone and decided on chicken pot pie. It was really good and hit the spot. The best part about it is, there is enough for 2 more meals that I don't have to put much thought to.
